1. Who we are
Tamp Coffee Co. (“Tamp”, “we”) runs three coffee shops in Chicago, Illinois. These terms cover our website, what you order in our cafés, rewards and the coffee beans you buy from us.
2. Ordering in our cafés
You order and pay at the counter, by card or cash. Prices are on our menu and include tax where it applies. If your drink isn’t right, tell the barista straight away.
3. Refunds and remakes
If a drink isn’t right, tell any barista or email us within 7 days and we’ll remake it, refund it or give you a credit. Bags of beans can be returned unopened within 14 days. Opened bags are refundable only if something is wrong with the coffee.
4. Rewards
You get one stamp per drink on a paper card from the counter, and every 10th drink is free. Stamps and free drinks have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and a card expires after 12 months without a visit. We may change the program with 30 days’ notice in our cafés.
5. Allergies
Our cafés use milk, oat, almond, soy, wheat, eggs and nuts. We can’t promise any item is free of allergens. Ask a barista before you order.
6. The legal bits
Illinois law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Cook County. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, as far as the law allows. If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top.
